My name is Lynne Todd, and I live in Brandon, which is situated just outside of Durham City. Lynne’s Zen Room is situated at my home. I’m a holistic therapist offering Reiki, Reflexology, Crystal Therapy, and Indian Head Massage. All of my therapeutic practices support relaxation, balance, and energetic renewal. Reflexology
Reflexology is a therapeutic foot treatment based on the idea that specific points on the feet correspond to different areas of the body. By applying gentle pressure to these reflex points, the treatment helps stimulate circulation, release tension, and support the body’s ability to rebalance itself.
Crystal Therapy
Crystal Therapy is a soothing treatment that uses the natural vibrations of crystals to encourage balance and harmony within the body. Each crystal has its own unique property, and when placed on or around the body, they help realign energy, release tension, and promote a deeper sense of calm.
Indian Head Massage
Indian Head Massage is a deeply relaxing therapy focusing on the head, neck and shoulders. Using gentle, rhythmic techniques helps relieve tension, improve circulation, and promote a sense of calm and mental clarity. Ideal for easing stress and soothing headaches. It allows the body and mind to recharge, leaving you feeling refreshed and revitalised.
