Terms and Conditions
Appointments
- All sessions are by appointment only.
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.
- Please arrive 5 minutes early to settle in and complete consultation form (where applicable)
Cancellation
- A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- ‘No shows’ or cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment will charged the full session fee.
Payment
- Payment can be made by the booking platform (if booking online)
- For appointments made by phone, a bank transfer is accepted.
- In person payments can be made in cash.
- Gift voucher codes must be presented at time of booking.
Health and safety
- Please disclose any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before your session.
- Treatments are not a substitute for medical care.
- I reserve the right to refuse or adjust treatments based on health concerns or contraindications.
Respect and Confidentiality
- Your personal information and session details are always kept strictly confidential.
- This is a safe, respectful, and inclusive space for all clients.
- Any inappropriate or disrespectful behaviour will result in the termination of the session.
Minors
- Clients under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or written consent provided.

When you book a session, I may collect:
- Name, date of birth, email address, phone number and other contact details you provide when booking a session, filling out a form, or contacting me.

- Hard copies of consultation forms are stored in a secure cabinet that only I have access to
